Shipping costs and time frames
Wholesale Replica Bags will normally deliver UK orders within 3 to 5 days. Delivery on orders over £100 is free of charge, and any orders under £150 are charged at a flat fee of £6.00, regardless of the number of items ordered.
Next day delivery is £6.95 and is available on orders placed before 1PM week days.
Weekend delivery is £20.00 and is available on orders placed before 1PM.
European (EU) orders are £15.00 per order. For European orders please allow 6 to 8 working days before contacting us.
International orders are £20.00 per order. For International orders please allow 7-10 working days before contacting us.
If you have not received your order within our time frame, please contact us quoting your order number.
Lost/undelivered orders
In the event you have not received your order please contact us via email at info@circle-fashion.com within 5 days of receiving delivery notification from our courier. We will contact the couriers on your behalf and request for an investigation to be raised. Unfortunately investigations can be a lengthy process but rest assured we will keep you updated as often as possible. Once the investigation is completed and the fault was with the courier a declaration of receipt form will be send to you by the courier, simply complete the form and return to the address stated on the form.
Please note we will only offer exchange/refund for any missing items once the investigation is completed and declaration of receipt form is completed and return back to the courier.
